RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Escape Map Pty Ltd’s policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving goods , unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

It’s important that you choose wisely when making your purchase. Escape Map does not normally accept returns if the Customer simply changes their mind about a purchase. Escape Map may in certain circumstances provide a credit note for a return to the total price paid by the Customer less an administrative fee of no more than 20% (plus GST) if within 5 business days of the date of delivery/purchase, the Customer submits a request to Escape Map by email for a return of the product, the reasons as to why you wish to return it and upon our inspection the item is deemed to be in the same condition it was when you purchased it. Please advise us in writing to this address info@eascapemap.com.au and we will make contact within 48 hours of receiving your request.

(To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage/removalist charges for return of the item are to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to Escape Map for exchange must be intact and in saleable condition.)

DAMAGED ITEMS

Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return or replacement. If the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, you may apply for a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please call us on 0424 988 937 or email us at info@escapemap.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will contact you

Providing Escape Map is satisfied that an error was made in consignment of the item purchased or that a fault has occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, Escape Map will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to Escape Map and for dispatching the replacement item to you.

When sending returned items to Escape Map we advise you use registered post or the same removalist that initially delivered your piece because Escape Map does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your application for refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange Escape Map reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.   In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
